Registration includes 5 days access to conference sessions in-person, conference pack, welcome reception, some cultural events (free or chargeable), lunch, and tea/coffee breaks. Online participants are able to attend online panels and opening and closing plenary lectures.

*The Gala Event will be hosted by the Embassy of Ireland, Japan, at the Ambassador’s Residence in Tokyo. The price includes transport from Gakushuin University to and from the event by hired bus, and the entertainment for the evening (TBA). The event is open to the first 85 people who enroll.

For cancellations of Registration, including Cultural and Gala events, before the end of June 2024 (JST), we will refund the amount after deducting the handling fees. (Refund may take place after the conference.)
